Love this place. sites are private. We stayed in the group site (18 i think) with my 35' fifth wheel. It's tight to get around in there with big trailer, but worth it. no power, water or dump station, but keeps the big boys away. Only a couple sites will fit a bigger camper, it's mostly a place set up for tents. I've camped for 30+ years, been all over the US and this place is waaay up on my list of beautiful places.

Great place to take my wife and daughter, we live close and sometimes visit weekly. Camping is good hiking trails are great.

I grew up around here and have always adored frozen head. The park. The volleyball court. The trails. The creek. The butterflies during monarch season.....

It's near the house, but there is no cell signal, so great place to take the kids. We had over a dozen girls from our troop. Bath houses good, but this isn't glamping. Don't bother with a straightening iron.

This is my favorite place to camp and hike in all of Tennessee. We drive from the Nashville area to go here. The trails are well maintained as are the back county campsites. There is a great hike for just about anyone with much nature to see. There are several waterfalls and scenic views, as well. This places is a hidden gem away from the crowd of the GSMNP.
